Everything we do is with students and our community in mind. Our goal is to help transform lives by helping to make a Shawnee State education possible for students, enhancing the education they receive and maximizing the impact that the University has on those who live and work in our community.

Isabella Moore says that scholarships like the Friends of Shawnee Scholarship led her to Shawnee State University. Now, a third year chemistry student, she knows she made the right choice.

Project grants enhance academics.

Every year, the Shawnee State University Development Foundation awards annual grants, helping to fund over 300 projects to enhance research, academic programming, and student life at Shawnee State University.
