The Campus Tributes program allows alumni, donors, staff, and friends to leave a physical mark on Shawnee State University. Whether your brick or bench is marking a graduation year, a retirement, honoring a loved one, or sharing a favorite campus memory, it tells a story. Most importantly, it tells that you are part of the Shawnee State story.

Founder’s Plaza Brick

Support SSU's future and become a part of its history with the Founder’s Plaza Brick Program. Pavers may honor relatives, businesses, friends and organizations, or commemorate a birthday, anniversary or graduation day. A brick can also be a special way to memorialize a loved one who has passed away.

Commemorative Benches

A popular gift option for those wishing to have their own special place on campus is a beautifully engraved marble bench – an amenity much appreciated by students, visitors and the entire Shawnee community. Benches provide places for faculty, staff, students and visitors to enjoy campus or meet informally, and are an important aspect to the overall landscape at SSU.
