Give to Shawnee State University

We are the SSU Development Foundation.

We are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the mission of Shawnee State University — something we have been doing since 1987. Since that time, we have raised more than $20,000,000 to make a difference in the lives of students and community members. We invite you to learn more about our efforts and join us by giving to Shawnee State today.

Meet our board members.

We are led by a volunteer group of community members dedicated to advancing education in our region, enhancing campus life for students at SSU and improving the quality of life for those who live and work in our region.

Donors who are leading the way.

Thanks to the generosity of donors and supporters through the years, Shawnee State has grown — in academic offerings, student services, campus life, facilities, technology and service to our community. Join us in thanking these leadership donors.

Our most loyal and generous supporters are part of our President’s Club. These leaders have made gifts of $10,000 or more to advance education in our region.

Momentum Club

Alumni helping to make a difference for the next generation of SSU graduates are part of the Momentum Club. These leaders pledge $500 or more annually.

Legacy Partners

Named funds and scholarships honor the people, places and things we love.

Many donors have given in honor of loved ones, places of business, or in support of academic areas of interest to establish named endowments and scholarships. These funds are permanent and  provide ongoing support to students and Shawnee State.
