Entries for the Shawnee Challenge are now closed.
The Shawnee State University Development Foundation launched a competitive fundraiser to benefit the Hadjiyannis Award – a commemorative fund in honor of the late Sylianos Hadjiyannis.
The Shawnee Challenge gave donors the opportunity to estimate the number of Jeopardy games current champion James Holzhauer will win overall on the television show. Raising $600 for the Hadjiyannis Award, the challenge was a great success!
Keep watching Jeopardy every night to see who will claim the award as Champion of the Shawnee Challenge.
Special thank you and recognition to Social Science Professors Sean Dunne and Thomas Bunting for their work on the challenge and the promotion of the Hadjiyannis Award.
The champion will win $100 or 10% of the pot. Your submission will directly support the Hadjiyannis Award. Submissions will be accepted until 9 a.m. on Monday, May 20 prior to the return of Holzhauer to the show’s competition.
Rules & Guidelines:
Entries must be submitted with a $20 donation to the Hadjiyannis Award by Monday, May 20 at 9 a.m. EST.
The submission with the correct guess or closest to the correct number of games without going over will win $100 or 10% of the total pot – whichever is a larger amount.
In the event more than one person guesses the correct number of games, the award will be split evenly among the winners.
